GENERAL CONDITIONS BEADAZZLED
ORDER
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail with the order number, the items purchased, any shipping costs and the final amount.
This email is not a confirmation that you have paid, you will receive a separate payment confirmation by email. After receiving this, your order will be processed and shipped.
When placing an order you agree to Beadazzled's order and delivery conditions. In the event of (typo) errors in the price, as a result of which the price is no longer in proportion to the product, Beadazzled has the right not to ship these products. You will be informed of this by email.
PAYMENT
Payment is possible in the following ways:
iDEAL: iDEAL is the most used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. If you use internet banking with ABNAMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL without having to register, download files or create an account. You can then pay quickly and easily in the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank and you don't pay anything extra.
Overbooking (prepayment):
When making a transfer, you have the option to transfer the total amount in advance. If you choose this method, you will receive an order confirmation after completing your order on which all necessary information is clearly stated, such as the total amount, account number and payment reference. The payment reference is linked to your order. Without this feature your order cannot be processed. As soon as the total amount has been received, we can ship your order. Because it can take a few days for payment to be received, we do not recommend this payment method if you want to receive your order quickly.
DISPATCH
Beadazzled offers you the choice of the following shipping method (for beads, loose materials and jewelry):
Standard shipping: if you have chosen Standard Shipping (€ 3.50), you will receive the order via your letterbox. Your order will be sent via PostNL in a neutral bubble envelope that fits through the letterbox in almost all cases. This shipment has no Track & Trace and no insurance. Shipping is therefore at the customer's own risk and we expressly point out that Beadazzled is not responsible for lost packages in the mail, theft or damage if you have chosen this shipping method.
Registered shipping: if you choose Registered Shipping (€8.95), you must sign for receipt. This way you have the guarantee that your order will always arrive and if something goes wrong you are insured.
We do expressly point out that Beadazzled is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or for loss or damage by PostNL.
If your order exceeds €75 (excluding shipping costs), your order will be automatically shipped by registered mail.
DELIVERY TIME
If an order has been paid with iDEAL, the amount will be debited directly from your payment account and you will receive the order within 3 to 5 working days.
When paying by bank transfer, Beadazzled will proceed to delivery immediately after receipt of payment. The order will then be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Beadazzled reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount transferred. Beadazzled cannot be held liable for deliveries that arrive later than the stated delivery time of 5 working days. We are also not liable for loss or damage caused by PostNL. If the product unexpectedly arrives damaged, please contact us via our email address info@beadazzled.nl.
GUARANTEE
All Beadazzled products have a 3-month warranty, from the day stated on the payment overview. So keep this well.
However, the following exceptions are not covered by the warranty:
* natural wear and tear; (semi)precious stones can discolour, especially due to the sun.
* stains on parts caused by water, perfume, hair spray and cosmetics.
* water damage/paint damage to beads caused by water.
* parts that stain after coming into contact with moisture
* complaints caused by incorrect use of the parts and/or jewelry
* metal or parts discolored due to contact with water and/or due to the acidity/PH value of the skin.
* items or parts that are broken or damaged because they have been dropped.
* beads or (semi)precious stones that are broken or damaged because they have fallen.
* if repairs or changes have been made to the delivered item on your own initiative during the current warranty period.
Beadazzled jewelry is made by hand using natural materials such as semi-precious stones and wood. The jewelry is therefore unique and may therefore always differ slightly from the photo on the website.
The gold and silver colored metal used is not made of precious metal such as gold or silver. These metals can therefore be discolored by water and/or the PH value of the skin.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return all loose parts (such as beads, charms, clasps, etc.).
Returning jewelry is possible within 7 days after the date stated on the payment overview and provided you notify us by e-mail (info@beadazzled.nl). Please state which item you want to return and the order number. As soon as we have received the package in good order (unused and undamaged), we will transfer the purchase amount to you within 10 working days, excluding shipping costs. Beadazzled has the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the product has been used or damaged by you.
Items returned are at the customer's own risk. For 'registered shipping', you must sign for receipt. This way you are always assured that the order will reach us.

Exchanges are only possible in the above-mentioned manner. It is not possible to exchange an internet order at our branch at Sarphatipark 6.
