ORDER
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail with the order number, the items purchased, any shipping costs and the final amount.
This email is not a confirmation that you have paid, you will receive a separate payment confirmation by email. After receiving this, your order will be processed and shipped.
When placing an order you agree to Beadazzled's order and delivery conditions. In the event of (typo) errors in the price, as a result of which the price is no longer in proportion to the product, Beadazzled has the right not to ship these products. You will be informed of this by email.
CLICK & COLLECT
As an additional option, you can now also pick up your order in our store at Sarphatipark 6. When checking out, select 'Collection from retailer' under Shipping.
After placing your order, you will receive an email or text message when you can pick up the order in the store. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us by telephone on 020-6734587 or send an email.
PAYMENT
Payment is possible in the following ways:
iDEAL: iDEAL is the most used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. If you use internet banking with ABNAMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL without having to register, download files or create an account. You can then pay quickly and easily in the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank and you don't pay anything extra.
Overbooking (prepayment):
When making a transfer, you have the option to transfer the total amount in advance. If you choose this method, you will receive an order confirmation after completing your order on which all necessary information is clearly stated, such as the total amount, account number and payment reference. The payment reference is linked to your order. Without this feature your order cannot be processed. As soon as the total amount has been received, we can ship your order. Because it can take a few days for payment to be received, we do not recommend this payment method if you want to receive your order quickly.
DISPATCH
Beadazzled offers you the choice of the following shipping method (for beads, loose materials and jewelry):
Standard shipping: if you have chosen Standard Shipping (€ 3.50), you will receive the order via your letterbox. Your order will be sent via PostNL in a neutral bubble envelope that fits through the letterbox in almost all cases. This shipment has no Track & Trace and no insurance. Shipping is therefore at the customer's own risk and we expressly point out that Beadazzled is not responsible for lost packages in the mail, theft or damage if you have chosen this shipping method.
Registered shipping: if you choose Registered Shipping (€8.95), you must sign for receipt. This way you have the guarantee that your order will always arrive and if something goes wrong you are insured.
We do expressly point out that Beadazzled is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or for loss or damage by PostNL.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS FROM €35.
DELIVERY TIME
If an order has been paid with iDEAL, the amount will be debited directly from your payment account and you will receive the order within 3 to 5 working days.
When paying by bank transfer, Beadazzled will proceed to delivery immediately after receipt of payment. The order will then be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Beadazzled reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount transferred. Beadazzled cannot be held liable for deliveries that arrive later than the stated delivery time of 5 working days. We are also not liable for loss or damage caused by PostNL. If the product unexpectedly arrives damaged, please contact us via our email address info@beadazzled.nl.
