Payment is possible in the following ways:

iDEAL: iDEAL is the most used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. If you use internet banking with ABNAMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL without having to register, download files or create an account. You can then pay quickly and easily in the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank and you don't pay anything extra.

Transfer (prepayment):
When making a transfer, you have the option to transfer the total amount in advance. If you choose this method, you will receive an order confirmation after completing your order on which all necessary information is clearly stated, such as the total amount, account number and payment reference. The payment reference is linked to your order. Without this feature your order cannot be processed. As soon as the total amount has been received, we can ship your order. Because it can take a few days for payment to be received, we do not recommend this payment method if you want to receive your order quickly.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail with the order number, the items purchased, any shipping costs and the final amount.

This email is not a confirmation that you have paid, you will receive a separate payment confirmation by email. After receiving this, your order will be processed and shipped.

If an order has been paid with iDEAL, the amount will be debited directly from your payment account and you will receive the order within 3 to 5 working days.

When paying by bank transfer, Beadazzled will proceed to delivery immediately after receipt of payment. The order will then be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return all loose parts (such as beads, charms, clasps, etc.). Returning jewelry is possible within 7 days after the date stated on the payment overview and provided you notify us by e-mail (info@beadazzled.nl). Please state which item you wish to return and the order number. As soon as we have received the package in good order (unused and undamaged), we will transfer the purchase amount to you within 10 working days, excluding shipping costs. Beadazzled has the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the product has been used or damaged by you.

Returned items are at the customer's own risk. For 'registered shipping' (€8.50) you must sign for receipt. This way you are always assured that the order will reach us.

Include a note in the package with the following information:

* your full name

* order number of the order

* account number and location where the account is held

Exchanges are only possible in the above-mentioned manner. It is not possible to exchange an internet order in one of our branches.

It is possible to have an item delivered to a different address, for example if you want to give someone a Beadazzled piece of jewelry as a gift! You can indicate this on the order form under the heading “delivery address”. You can also add a personal message in “comments”. Of course we ensure that the ordered product is festively packaged.

The size of all loose beads is indicated in millimeters.

All bracelets and necklaces are made to a standard size. Bracelets, including clasp, are 18 to 20 cm long, depending on the size of the beads. Many bracelets are strung on elastic for which a standard size is used and generally suitable for everyone.

For chains, the length is indicated in centimeters. The average length of our chains is 90 cm. The short chains are 42 cm long.

Beads from €0.50 can be ordered per piece. Beads under €0.50 each are available in packs of 5, the price stated for this item has already been automatically adjusted for 5 pieces.

Yes, this is possible if in stock because unfortunately we cannot offer the full range in the webshop. Have you previously purchased something in the store that is not in the webshop? Send us an email with the description (preferably with a photo) of the item. If this is still available, you will receive a message with an item code and price so you can still order it.

You can keep your jewelry beautiful for as long as possible by paying attention to a number of things;

* never go swimming, exercising or in the sauna with the jewelry

* if you use an oily or perfumed body lotion, let it dry thoroughly before putting on the jewelry.

* Dry your hands thoroughly before putting on your jewelry.

* never spray perfume or eau-de-toilette directly on the jewelry and let it dry on the skin before putting on the jewelry.

* if you are not wearing the jewelry, it is best to store it in a dark place. Not in the bathroom due to moisture.

* be careful, breakage in natural stone and glass parts in particular can easily occur if you drop the jewelry
